We are Awtad Al-Riyadah Factory for Industry, one of the pioneering manufacturers of high-quality thermoplastic road marking paints in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, conforming to American specifications (AASHTO 249) and British standards (BS 3262). In our continuous pursuit of developing our products and expanding our offerings to support construction development, we have added ceramic, tile, marble, and porcelain adhesive glue to our product line, manufactured according to German specifications and the highest quality standards required in the market (C2TES2). Otaad Al-Riyadah Factory is located in Riyadh, within the Al-Kharj industrial city (MODON), and we strive to fulfill all our customers’ needs both inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We began operations in 2015 with the aim of producing the best quality thermoplastic road paints. We have always upheld quality as our core objective, supported by our commitment to research and development, as well as our expertise and knowledge. We believe that innovative technology must ensure reliable products, and research and development play a vital role in the road marking paint industry. We have made significant investments in R&D at our factory to keep pace with emerging technologies, allowing us to introduce new products with high-quality features and performance. In road paint production, we have adopted a quality control policy you can rely on to ensure consistency in our product quality. We have a fully equipped in-house laboratory to test raw materials and final products. No finished product is released to the market without thorough inspection, quality control, and approval. Our quality monitoring mechanism ensures that every product leaving our factory meets or exceeds industry standards in accuracy, durability, and value. To ensure the successful implementation of our quality control mechanism, we define customer requirements and ensure those requirements are met. The quality of our products makes us stand out from the rest. Continuous training is also provided to apply the strictest testing methods and procedures at the final product stage.
